Summary: Technical support to product tests with consumers,
in partnership with Marketing Insights & Research. Key
Responsibilities: - Leadership
and management of zone Quality panel & zone External panel; support for zone
brewery panels & VPO Quality KPIs.
- TD-BS team
sensory training management. Responsible to ensure the right level of confidence
for the zone Quality panel in order to support the development projects.
- Technical
assistance to the design of the sensory tests during the development of TD-BS
projects (evaluation of the objectives and answers needed and recommendation of
the most adequate methodology in different steps of the development).
- Development
/ application of new sensorial methodologies according to project demands (new
sensory tools/methodologies to support the development of new products inside
TD structure, and also new tools/methodologies in partnership with Marketing Insights
& Research to evaluate consumer's answer / acceptance for new developments).
- Technical
support to external demands from various business partners (Sales, Marketing,
BS, PA).
- Follow-up of competitor's
products profile in the market.
- Follow
up on market trends in terms of products and consumer.
Qualifications
and Technical Competencies: - University - Bachelors
Degree.
- 3 - 5 years experience.
- Project
management skills, ability for multi-dimensional thinking.

Strong organizational skills. Adherence to deadlines.
- Relevant
negotiation skills and ability to work in multifunctional teams.
- Knowledge
and experience with the applicability of problem solving tools.
- Ability
to understand key business parameters, relevant consumer understanding.
- Relevant
ability to extract technical solutions from commercial needs.
- Some
external network with experts in sensory and/or consumer science.

Relevant knowledge in statistics applied in sensory methods.

Relevant technical expertise in the science & technologies comprised in the
area(s) of sensory analysis and consumer science.
- Experience
in working with Marketing on product development; understanding of the product
development project life cycle and the relevance/importance of sensory and consumer
science.
