SENSORY ANALYST /PANEL LEADER
Salary will be between 23k to 25k depending on experience/qualification.
Sensory is seen in Adecco as a tool to develop Consumer meaningful Innovation. Within that external Sensory panels are key to Product Evaluation at any stage of the development path.
ADECCO is managing a Panel service in behalf of the client UK.
We (ADECCO) are currently looking to fill a positions working in Slough Berkshire.
The job:
SENSORY ANALYST & PANEL LEADER – full time, starting as soon as possible. Contract 1 - 2 years (this position can be renewed up to 3 years)
- panel planning, organisation and leading
- data handling, data quality checks and reporting
Environment - The UK team counts:
- Sensory Science European Manager
- 2 Sensory Senior Scientists
- 1 Sensory Scientist
- 1 panel technician – to help preparing the panels
- 16 external trained panellists
Panels run 3 to 4 mornings a week.
The candidate:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Understanding of Sensory evaluation theory and techniques
Organisational skills
Analytical skills
Effective written and oral communication
Team work
Training skills (for leading panels) and Knowledge of data-capturing and statistic packages (FIZZ preferred) are a plus
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Sensory qualification or Sensory experience including Statistics related to Sensory data handling
Spoken and written English
